Missing Out Makes Great Rewards
Mary Edwards asked if I could stay with Gail Erickson, who was sick. Of course, I said yes, as I am obedient to what God wants me to do. I prayed for Gail and then later on we found out that Maddie Vaughan got sick. Gail and I went to Brian's room and prayed for Maddie's health.
As I went downstairs to get Gatorade for Maddie, God gave me the opportunity to lead Fabiola, who works in the restaurant, to the Lord. I used the steps from "Peace with God" and praise the Lord, Fabiola is now a child of God. To God be the glory for the great things he has done.
A Day at the Park
"I was sharing with a mom and her son today. He had been beaten up and was in the hospital. I presented the gospel to his mom and she accepted Christ. What an amazing experience!" - Children's Team
"I was with Jim and Marie Pearson at the hospital today. We were visiting with a mom and child who were in the hospital having tests. Jim was able to lead the mom to Christ. She had an amzing smile after we prayed. It was a visable change in her. The joy of the Lord was shining through her." - Children's Team
"I was praying with a young woman today and she accepted Christ as her Savior. After we prayed she told me that she had an abortion yesterday and that it did not work. She was still pregnant. We prayed for her. She was very anxious to know Jesus as her Savior and comforted by our prayers with her." - Children's Team
