Thank you for registering for this weekend’s Dare2Share conference. We are excited to see what God is going to do as we are challenged through his Word. I wanted to give you some very important details so that you are fully prepared for the weekend. Please read this entire email thoroughly so that you don’t miss out on what is happening:

Check in
Please arrive at Grace Church Door 4 side on Friday night at 6:00 p.m. We will likely be in the Children’s ministry welcome station area which is the first door on the left as you enter Door 4. We will be giving out wristbands and conference materials at this check in. Please look for Pastor Travis, Laura Rima, Ellie Kromminga or myself. If you’re student is not going to be there on Friday night you can call my cell phone at 952-210-8430 to locate me or Laura at 612-819-9542 and receive your wristband for admission when you do arrive.

Waivers
Dare2Share needs you to fill out waivers for all students under 18 so that they can administer help in the unlikely event of an emergency. If you have not filled one out yet, then you need to bring it with you on Friday. You can get the form here: http://media.dare2share.org/conferences/gameday/ConferenceResources/WaiverReleaseForm.pdf

Money for Meals
Students will need money for lunch and dinner on Saturday. We are bringing in pizzas on Saturday so they will need to bring $5 for pizza. We will be traveling to the Mall of America for a prayer walk on Saturday afternoon which will lead us into dinner at the food court. Students will need around $10 to pay for dinner.

Saturday Afternoon Outreach
As you can see in the schedule below we will be traveling to the Mall of America to prayer walk the main concourses. As far as we know Grace Church students is the only group from Dare2Share doing this. Other groups have been encouraged to find other opportunities. We will be traveling to MOA by school buses and the Grace Church shuttle. We will divide into groups that will be led by adult leaders the entire time that we are at the mall.
