Child Dedication
2009 Service dates are: February 22, May 17, July 26, November 15
This is for parents who would like to follow the tradition of publicly dedicating their child(ren) during a worship service to the Lord. You may choose from one of the 4 dates listed above and then select your service preference. Attendance at a dedication class is a pre-requisite if this is the first time you are dedicating a child at Grace Church. This class will explore the biblical foundation for child dedications as well as principles for Christian parenting.
Class dates are: Wednesday, February 4, 7:00 - 8:15 p.m. ~ Room M154
Sunday, April 26, 9:00 - 10:15 a.m. ~ Room CA214
Sunday, June 28, 9:00 - 10:15 a.m. ~ Room CA214
Wednesday, October 28, 7:00 - 8:15 p.m. ~ Room M154
Please note that childcare is provided during each of the class times. If you have attended the child dedication class previously, you may indicate so during the registration process. Please fill out a registration form for each parent and the child(ren) being dedicated before submitting your registration. (After completing the form for one person, click the "Fill out another form" button on the Checkout page to select a new person and fill out their form. Once forms are filled out for everyone so that all display on the Checkout page, click "Submit Forms." For further directions on how to use the online registration system, click here.)
