Egypt Missions Trip!
Join Pastor Clark as we serve with our sister church, The Kasr El Dobara Church, and many of their church plants in Egypt. This team will serve shoulder to shoulder in this Muslim area of the world by participating in evangelism activities and working with orphans.
Where: Cairo, Egypt
Cost: $3,200.00
Dates: June 21 – July 4, 2010, application due March 28, 2010
You can go to http://atgrace.com/mission-trips and fill out the Short Term Missions application and return it to Kris Otto in the Missions Office at Grace Church along with a $150.00 deposit. The missions office will contact you regarding your acceptance on the trip!

Kairos Prayer
We joyfully announce the return of Sunday prayer! We will meet two Sundays a month, the next meeting is March 14th at Grace Church (room M210 above Door 4) from 5:30 - 7:00 pm. We invite all to come so we can pray and seek the Lord together. Praying corporately with one another not only aligns our own hearts, but it aligns our hearts with the Almighty, our Savior Jesus!
Small Groups..There are many small groups that meet throughout the week. Small groups are great opportunities to connect with others and dig into the Word. We'd love to help you get connected to a group. Please reply back if you're interested and we'll connect you with a leader!
Single-Minded Servants...There is a new team for singles at Grace Church for the purpose of serving the poor. The group is called Single-Minded Servants of the Lord. Events for this month:
Group Prayer Night - Thursday, March 11th, 7:00 - 8:00 pm
Psalm 37:7a: “Be still in the presence of the Lord and wait patiently for Him to act.” Join us at Grace for an hour of prayer for each other, the ministries in which we are involved, and the people we have met. Come to Conference Room M345 (balcony level at Grace Church) Park at Door 4 and take stairs or elevator to B level. No RSVP necessary.

Grace Community Dinner Thursday, March 18th, 5:15 - 7:00 pm
Every month, Grace opens its doors to families and individuals who need a meal, a warm coat, or a smile from a friendly face. Would you join us this month? We need greeters to welcome guests as they arrive and table hosts to converse with our guests as they eat. Suggested topics are provided, and you may be amazed to see how God opens doors into people's hearts. If you speak Russian, Vietnamese, or Spanish, this is a perfect opportunity for you! Here's Life (HLIC) Easter Bags - Friday, March 26th, 6:00 - 7:30 pm
"A white paper bag may not seem very impressive -- but it can help lead a child to Christ. It can restore a broken family." Come join us to find out how Here's Life's compassion ministry reaches out to people through Easter gift bags and to become a part of the process by joining the assembly line of volunteers filling them with candy, Gospel bracelets, and a Bible story-activity book designed especially for children of the inner city. Simpson Women's Shelter – Mpls - Saturday, March 27th, 4:00 - 9:00 pm
Simpson Housing provides meals 7 days a week and 52 days a year to homeless individuals. Come help us serve the meal, and then enjoy it alongside women loved by the King. Details forthcoming. RSVP to Sarah at sdesombre@yahoo.com
Find us on Facebook...There's a "Kairos at Grace" group on Facebook. We're going to try and keep it updated with any events that are going on (or last minute events that get planned). It won't include all the information from these emails, but the big things that are happening will be posted there.
Sit with us on Sundays! If you're looking for some people to sit with on Sunday mornings, a large group of Kairosians sit together in the 2nd service (10:30). You can find them in the back half of the main floor. When you're looking at the stage, they are on the right...not the far right section, but the next one over...usually about 4-5 rows back. If you'd like to meet someone by a door the first week, email back to this email and we'll make sure you get connected with someone who can meet up with you.
