Egypt Prayer Night...Join us this Sunday evening the 28th at 7pm at the Crebar house (8979 Briarglen Rd, Eden Prairie, MN 55347) to pray for our group that is currently in Cairo, Egypt.
Kenya Mission Trip...In January, Grace is taking an all-church trip to Kenya. If you're at all interested, go to www.atgrace.com. There is additional information on the missions page.
Summer Retreat...Mark your calendars for the summer retreat July 30-August 1. It will cost $100. There are a limited amount of spots available, so sign up early. To register, go to www.atgrace.com and look for the events page. Watch this email for more details in the coming weeks.
Ushers Needed...A great way to serve is by ushering during Sunday services. They often don't have enough on Sunday mornings. If you'd like to be involved or want more information, contact Jon at jonathon.koss@gmail.com.
Sunday Night Prayer - Schedule Change!...The Sunday Night Prayer schedule is changing for the summer! We will have one prayer event each month for June, July, and August. Watch future emails for details on the July and August prayer times. We will return to the regular Sunday night schedule in September.
Follow Up - Women Needed...Each week, we try to connect with people who are new to Kairos. We're looking for a few women who would enjoy calling or emailing the new women each week. If this is something that interests you, contact Sarah (sarah@hintermeyer.com).
Single-Minded Servants...There is a new team for singles at Grace Church for the purpose of serving the poor. The group is called Single-Minded Servants of the Lord. Kickoff ministry event on Saturday, June 27 at 9 am in Mpls. If you're interested in finding out more, contact Shelly at sdritz@atgrace.com.
Small Groups...There are many small groups that meet throughout the week. Small groups are great opportunities to connect with others and dig into the Word. We'd love to help you get connected to a group. Right now, there are women's groups on Monday and Thursday nights in Eden Prairie. There is room in men's groups on Sunday afternoons and Wednesday nights (additional groups will be announced soon). Please reply back if you're interested and we'll connect you to the appropriate leader.
Find us on Facebook...There's a "Kairos at Grace" group on Facebook. We're going to try and keep it updated with any events that are going on (or last minute events that get planned). It won't include all the information from these emails, but the big things that are happening will be posted there.
Sit with us on Sundays! If you're looking for some people to sit with on Sunday mornings, a large group of Kairosians sit together in the 2nd service (10:30). You can find them in the back half of the main floor. When you're looking at the stage, they are on the right...not the far right section, but the next one over...usually about 4-5 rows back. If you'd like to meet someone by a door the first week, email back to this email and we'll make sure you get connected with someone who can meet up with you.
